OBJECTIVES

• To enhance employability skills by organizing training sessions.
• To assist students in pursuing higher education and create awareness on employment opportunities.
• To facilitate off and on campus recruitment drives.
• To obtain feedback from the employers, to design programmes according to the industry requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities of Placement Officer:

• To look after the training and placement activities of students.
• Arrange Training programmes for soft skills and for interview facing skills for the students using institutional and external expertise.
• To organize the entrepreneurship workshops.
• Watch on the job requirements in the industries.
• Contact with information experts in respective fields from industries.
• Industrial training and field/industrial visits for the students.
• Assistance to students in getting apprenticeship training
